The independent kitchen is functional and complete, ideal for kitchen lovers. The house has a lovely sea-view terrace, furnished with a dining table, for enjoying aperitifs and relaxing outdoors. The sleeping area offers two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Completing the layout are 3 bathrooms with showers, one of which also has a bathtub, in each room.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in an enclosed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the innermost part of the Tigullio Gulf. The town, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation overlooking the so-called “Dolphin Coast,” which links the town to Portofino. The town is a popular tourist and seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Portofino Regional Nature Park.



Santa Margherita Ligure train station is about a 10-minute drive from the apartment while Genoa airport is about a 45-minute drive.
