Our cozy holiday house "Sa Cova Dor" is located in the beautiful north of Mallorca, near the historic community of Santa Margarita, in a fantastic secluded location. The house is surrounded by typical Mallorcan landscape idyll with a wonderful view of the countryside, which creates a great holiday atmosphere. For all vacationers who appreciate peace and nature, this finca is the ideal holiday home. The S’Albufera nature reserve adjacent to Santa Margarita is a real must for hikers. Shopping can be done on site in Santa Margarita or you can drive to nearby Sa Pobla. Every Tuesday of the week there is a market in Santa Margarita. The fantastic coastal sections such as Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina and Platja de Muro, with their white sandy beaches and turquoise sea can be reached quickly in just 10 minutes by car.



The natural stone house is surrounded by a well-kept garden and completely fenced. Lots of green space, a large pool (10m x 5m), various lounge areas and the beautiful grill terrace make the yard a great vacation area for the whole family. The fantastic secluded location guarantees a lot of peace and privacy, just the thing if you want to relax from everyday stress. You can park your rental car conveniently on the driveway.



The interior of the property extends over 180m ² whereby everything takes place on one level. The rural style adapts ideally to the rural holiday house character and, with good equipment, offers a pleasant living ambience. This includes a cozy living room with satellite TV and a fireplace, an integrated dining area with a view of the garden and a fully equipped country house kitchen with access to the barbecue terrace. From here you have a direct view of the pool area, which is very practical if you want to keep an eye on your kids. The sleeping area consists of 3 cozy double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request.
