Brand new house on the beach with panoramic views and a pool

This stunning and brand new property is the ideal luxury nest that will turn your vacation into a lifetime memory as it combines an unbeatable front line location with a unique and stylish lay out.
It has been designed and built to give our guests a unique feeling of living above the blue waters of the Mediterranean.

The house is divided in two floors, on the ground floor we will find a large living room with a dining area, designer extra spacious sofa, fully equipped kitchen with all you may need to cook the tastiest meals for your family / friends. From the whole living and kitchen area there are beautiful and direct sea views over the bay, giving you a blue glimpse from almost every corner of the house.
On the same floor we will find two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed, one is located at the front side of the house and has direct access to the terrace by the pool and has sea views, the other is located at the back of the house, also with outdoor access through the glass doors. These both bedrooms and ground floor area share a large and wide bathroom with a beautifully laid shower, sink and toilet.

Going up the marvelous mallorcan stone stairs, we will reach a second living room which has a large and comfortable sofa, a fireplace and is open to the second complete kitchen that the house has. From the living room you can access the large sliding glass doors to the terrace on the second floor, from which you won't want to move as it has the most breathtaking views over the bay and beach. To be able to enjoy this area to the fullest and to create even more comfort, there is a blue design sofa like the waters of the sea, where you can spend hours reading, chatting and creating unique moments from sunrise to the last minutes of the golden hour at dawn.

On this floor we will find the stunning and unique master bedroom, with panoramic views over the sea and a large en-suite bathroom that includes a large bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. The shower can be accessed from inside the bathroom as well as from inside the bedroom. Showering with direct sea views is one of the luxuries of this wonderful house.

On the same floor we will find an additional bedroom with two single beds, a working desk and large wardrobes and also a bathroom with a nice shower.

There is a complete laundry room including a washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment.

Outside we will find the dip-in pool, chill-out sofa, built in sofas surrounding the outdoor fireplace, all with magnificent sea views. From the terrace there is a gate leading directly to the sandy beach the house has in front.

The property is fully air-conditioned / heated, as well as having a wonderful underfloor heating system too, so it's an ideal choice for both winter and summer stays.There is There Wifi throughout the whole property.

We want our guests to feel the true mediterranean dream, we want to transmit the essence of the house the way the owners designed and built it with all their love and care.

- The house does not have TV.
- No children from 2-10 years old are allowed in the property.
- 2 Paddle surf and one surfing board can be used by the guests.

- We are going through an energetic crisis these days, we kindly ask our guests to make a responsible use of electricity, if there is a totally excessive consumption of air conditioning or electronic devices, we will be forced to charge an additional fee from the damage deposit.
- No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
- No smoking inside the house, it's permitted in the outdoor areas only.
- Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.
- In the event of extreme dirtiness, a fine of 100€ will be deducted from the damage deposit.
