Waterfront apartment with beach access

Casa Trionfante is a panoramic apartment in Mediterranean style located on the first floor of a villa in a privileged position on the sea: on foot you can reach not only the beach but also the beautiful Caletta di Sant'Elia and several restaurants. In short, a small corner of paradise in the middle of a village.

The apartment boasts a covered waterfront terrace, direct access to the sea (a private and pleasant walk of about 100 steps) and a shared garden.

Of the three bedrooms - all with air-conditioning - one has a ensuite -toilet.
The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. You will find another shower in the garden, perfect for washing off the sand after a day at the beach.

The spacious living room has a small sofa bed (120cm) and leads to the kitchen that in turn opens onto the magnificent terrace where you can dine and enjoy a glass of wine looking at the infinity of sea.

All in all Casa Trionfante is an outstanding location for families and couples who want to enjoy the sea, the mediterranean life as well as explore Northern Sicily and its unforgettable capital.

In low season up until the beginning of July you can easily find free parking is right behind the house.
To find parking in August is more complicated. You might prefer to park your car in the pay parking of a camping nearby.
