The villa is ideally situated as a base for day trips to the tuff towns of Pitigliano and Sorano, the thermal baths of Saturnia, natural parks, Lake Bolsena, Etruscan excavations, the coast or Monte Amiata and the Val d'Orcia. There is a fantastic golf course, 9 and 18 holes, in the golf and spa resort Saturnia, 36 km from the holiday home.

The interior of the 150-year-old restored farmhouse is very attractive and cosy, with a fantastic bathroom. In addition to the swimming pool, a summer kitchen has been created in the cave. In addition to the terrace, there is also a roof terrace. There are 3 parking spaces available at the accommodation.
