"Staff was super friendly! Everyone from the manager, front staff, and housekeeping was very polite! They always greeted us with a smile, hello and friendly conversation! "The only problem was one of the two elevators was out of service, but it was not the staff's fault. Kids were jumping up and down in it and the result was it needed repairs. Front desk staff was most helpful and we had a light cleaning after the first of two nights we stayed, which was great. Recommend it highly."

"We booked this hotel for the weekend to attend a Sporting Kansas City game. It was within perfect walking distance to and from the park. Great location for nearby shopping and eating. The hotel room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was nice. The staff was very friendly."
