There is also one full bathroom on the main level.

Sleep soundly in the master bedroom on the top floor which provides great views, a queen size bed, and a smart tv to stream your favorite shows for when you don’t feel like getting out of bed. All bedrooms are furnished with custom linens, lofty duvets, feather-weight pillows, and premium mattresses for a goodnight sleep. Bonus area on the second floor has a loft to relax, watch tv, read, or visit with friends/family while taking in the city view. The loft has a designer couch that pulls out to a queen bed for additional sleeping space.

Santa Fe, guests must use designated off-street parking spaces before
utilizing street parking. If you need to park on the street please only
park in from on our home only. If it critical that you do not park in
front of our neighbor`s home. Please help us maintain the quality
short-term rental market in Santa Fe and be courteous to our neighbors
by parking in the driveway when possible.
Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance: It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.
