This quaint one bedroom vacation rental located on an historic property, is perfectly situated on a quiet street three blocks from the Plaza, and just two blocks from Canyon Road, allowing you to enjoy the best of Santa Fe with ease. The casita has a king bedroom with gas fireplace and two comfortable chairs to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. En suite bathroom, with a combo tub and shower. Full A/C, WiFi, off-street parking, Amazon Fire TVs, and many other amenities complete this wonderful downtown hideaway!  Sierra and Saguaro Casitas are located right next to each other if two bedrooms are needed! Very close to Hotel La Posada if attending an event. Walk to Plaza.

Please note this is a 'hotel style' studio casita and there is not a full kitchen. The casita has a mini-fridge, microwave, dishware and glasses, but no kitchen facilities other than what is noted.There are no additional cleaning fees on this unit.

**MID-STAY CLEAN:
We require mid-stay clean(s) for stays of ten nights or more, or once a week depending on the duration of your stay with us. Each mid-stay clean fee is equal to one-half of the exit cleaning fee, and consists of a general tidying of the unit in which housekeeping will change out all bedroom and bathroom linens as well as restocking of toiletries and other added amenities.  Please reach out for details!
