Hideaway Surprise

Really enjoyed the non smoking policy for complex that included the property grounds. Very convenient by car but walking not so much. Old apartment building that has units fixed up nicely for rental and also permanent residents. Quiet, peaceful and people were friendly. The unit I stayed in was clean and fixed up nicely. The kitchen is small but very efficient and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and closet space was great. The TVā€™s in living room and bedroom were easy to use and offered multiple programming. Bathroom was well equipped with extra towels and toiletries. Compare to a more upscale motel, the price was reasonable, much more room and had a homey comfortable environment. Enjoyed my visit and would return again to this unit.

Lovely getaway!

Wonderful little condo in a quaint community. The property was well maintained, well stocked with kitchen ware and easily accessed. We had one issue while there with the shower, but the owner jumped on it and had it repaired in no time. Would happily stay again!

Overclean

As soon as we opened the door to this condo we were hit with an overwhelming smell of disinfectant. I understand that people want to signal a property is clean but this was beyond anything reasonable. We had to open up all the doors and windows to air the place out in order to stay there. The bedroom (much less airflow) still smelled strongly of disinfectant hours later. I slept extremely badly as a result and woke with a bad headache. On top of this all the towels and sheets were equally heavily doused with very strong smelling fabric softener. If you have anyone in your party with any degree of sensitivity to chemicals and perfumes I would be sure to contact the property manager BEFORE your stay and make sure they can modify their approach to "cleaning".

The property was so clean and enjoyed our stay there. They thought of everything! There were snacks in the freezer, coffee pot for reg and Keurig (there were pods and creamer). We brought our small dog and the grassy area was closest to the unit!! Great for us. We would stay with this owner again!!!!!!

Super inviting and comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the sites in Santa Fe using Cafe Nirvana as a home base. We found that it was charming, comfortable, clean, cozy, convenient, and quiet! Towels and bedding were great. We enjoyed that it was walking distance to Clafoutes, a yummy breakfast/ lunch cafe.

Cute, comfortable, clean, quiet and close to the Plaza and so many great restaurants. Be sure to check out Clafoutis bakery counter and Mariaā€™s New Mexican Kitchen - both within walkable distances. Fast response from host Mark about laundry access - so conveniently located just up steps and around corner from unit. Most delightfully homey stay on our February trip to NM.
