This is actually the first hotel review I’ve ever written even though i travel 3-5 times a year—and I felt it was warranted.
I travel often and usually stay at 4-star hotels or better, so I tend to have pretty high standards. This property exceeded expectations. It was extremely clean, very well managed, and everything felt thoughtfully maintained.
Don’t be alarmed that there’s no traditional front desk. They provide a phone number and email, and they are incredibly responsive—honestly more attentive than many staffed desks I’ve encountered.
I had seen a few comments about the bathroom not being private, but there is a curtain that fully blocks visibility. If you want extra privacy, you can easily turn on the TV or ask your guest to step out—there’s a comfortable lobby area available as well.
The property also felt very safe. There is parking available—while it’s off-site, it’s an easy 3–5 minute walk. There’s also a convenient loading/unloading area right in front of the hotel, so you can drop off your bags before parking.
The location is hard to beat—about a 3–5 minute walk to the Santa Fe Plaza, restaurants, and major tourist spots.
Overall: clean, well-run, responsive, safe, and perfectly located. Highly, highly recommend.
