Great family spring break trip
This house was perfect for our spring break trip. Big enough for our family of plus 2 grandparents. Very clean and a great layout and views. Beds were comfortable and amenities were accurate to the listing. Easy to get to Ski Santa Fe or downtown.

House was a perfect location for our first trip to Santa Fe. Only a few minutes from the plaza and on the north side of town, which was closer to the mountain. Everything was great. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay for a Santa Fe wedding.
Great house, very clean and spacious. Super comfortable beds. Amazing views and a sunset t without comparison. Great communication from hosts and easy to get into the place. Will use again when in Santa Fe.

Wonderful Stay
Our stay was as close to perfect as we could have ever wanted. The house was everything we needed. It was ideally located for our daily excursions and had enough room for us to gather around the dining table and patio table after returning. We were very pleased and would stay here again without hesitation.

Great home
Wonderful home. Good location. It is a 4/3 so perfect for a girls’ weekend but would be fine for 3 couples. Very comfortable home. Well stocked kitchen. We didn’t cook much but it would have been easy with all the kitchen equipment. Lots of space. Lovely outdoor deck and courtyard.

Family Vacation in Santa Fe
We had a great vacation. The property was spectacular! Outdoor- Wonderful views, great location, hiking from property, grill and fire pit & multiple outdoor seating areas. Indoor - clean, well appointed, beautifully decorated, washer and dryer very helpful especially for hiking gear, beds comfortable, spacious- accommodates 8 adults easily with 4 large bedrooms and 3 full baths, photos accurate but space and views better in person! Lots do to in Santa Fe, Taos and ABQ.

Absolutely fabulous place
I loved this place, as did our whole group. The house is cozy, spotless, and every amenity imaginable is provided. Views of the mountains and singing birds in the morning are icing on the cake. We will be back.

Comfy cozy weekend
A group of 8 of us were reuniting for the first time in a couple of years, and Santa Fe was our chosen location. This house was perfect for adults and especially 4 couples given the layout. It had space for us to have dinner at the house and also hang out at night. The one challenge was showering as the hot water heater seems to allow 2-3 showers only. With 8 of us and the weather around 30, that and the fact that there were only 6 towels, that ended of being more noticeable than if we had visited another time of year. It was outfitted otherwise with basic level items, but I’d recommend they stock at least more coffee and some tea + related items. But the views were gorgeous, and it’s close to town (5-10 mins). Would definitely stay here again.

With that said, we wish we had known about any issues during your stay so we could have helped out then - our 24/7 guest hotline is always available. Please be assured we are turning up the hot water heater, and are also following up with housekeeping to ensure more towels are provided. Additionally, we appreciate your feedback regarding coffee and tea, but we do not stock any of our homes with food-related items to ensure guests do not consume anything that has either been contaminated or spoiled. Thank you for caring for our home like it was your own and we hope to host you again next time!

Beautiful Views at Beautiful House
The property was located near trails that we loved hiking. The views of sunrise and sunset were spectacular. It was a clean well maintained property with plenty of room for our family of 5. We would stay at this property again.

Weekend in Santa Fe
Great house for 5 friends. The location is a short drive to all the attractions, including lots of hiking trails. The setting is beautiful and we enjoyed the views. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. I would stay here again!

Wonderful place!
This was the perfect place to stay for 4 adults as it had 4 nice bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The place was very clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The place is in a nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful sunset views of the mountains from the deck (there are multiple outdoor places to sit on the property). We also enjoyed being able to park in the garage every night. You are at least 1.5 miles from the plaza on a fairly busy road so we choose to drive versus walk. It was very handy to have a car to visit other places around Santa Fe like Taos, Bandelier, and the Turquoise Trail. We all loved the place. I personally felt it was one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at (I wanted to live there!). You won't be disappointed!

HOT AIR BALLOON FESTIVAL GETAWAY
Everything was great. However, we were short towels for the number of persons. When I expressed a concern, I was told that only a minimum are provided and any additional were the responsibility of the guests. We were taken aback that we had to pack towels in our luggage. Joseph handled the situation and brought us additional towels He was a great help and we appreciate his service.

Beautiful, well kept home
Everything was so nice and we enjoyed our stay here very much. Wonderful patio areas outside. Could have used a few extra towels. Dishwasher was tricky but we got the hang of it. Management was very helpful with any requests.

Beautiful, comfortable stay
The house was clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was fantastic. This was a college friends trip and we spent most of our time out on the deck drinking coffee in the mornings and by the fire pit in the evening. Close enough to town, but just far enough to have some beautiful views. Great place to stay

Lovely home
Great home with nice views and comfortable and thoughtful accommodations. Close to town and the national forest. Turnkey management was efficient and easy to work with. We had a small problem with the home when a large storm came through but they were responsive immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded expectations
This was an awesome stay. We booked it rather last minute because of another vacation rental cancelation. We couldn't have been happier. The house is beautiful and large. Everything felt very clean, fresh and new, but still very nicely decorated. The views are amazing. The host service was very responsive and helpful. Great to have a garage to be able to pull into for packing and loading. We'd absolutely stay here again. Only tiny suggestion is to add locking doors to the bathrooms.

Perfect Getaway!
This was one of the most incredible rental properties I've ever stayed in and I can't wait to return. The house was impeccably clean, spacious and beautiful. Better than the pictures! The location was perfect - just far enough out of town but still just a short drive to everything. The outside space was just as great as the inside. The house had everything we could have needed.
