About the designer: Kelly O’Neal, an accomplished Dallas, TX-based interior designer with a coterie of impressive Dallas-ites for clients, is turning his aesthetic verve to the canvas. Blending modern sensibility with old world technique, O’Neal freely moves through centuries to craft a finished piece. His sense of color is unparalleled and his flair for composition apparent.
For O’Neal, contemporary art is an expression of the moment, captured as the brush hits canvas, expressed in an array of materials. For the last 21 years, O’Neal has been the creative force behind Design Legacy, a celebrated home furnishings collection. In 2018 Kelly opened K.ONEAL, a home furnishings and decor store in the railyard district of Santa Fe, New Mexico.

LIVING AREA: Air Conditioned. The floor plan accommodates guests in many ways with two bedrooms on each of the 2 levels. The common area is open with patios either side of the living-dining-kitchen area. Apx. 2600 Sq. Ft.
LUXURY BEDROOMS: have a soothing night’s sleep with custom linens, lofty duvets, feather-weight pillows, premium mattresses.
LUXURY BATHROOMS: enjoy two ensuite bathrooms with two additional guest bathrooms. Luxury cotton towels, designer toiletries, hair dryers, magnifying mirrors, iron and ironing board, washer/dryer.
KITCHEN: a well-equipped kitchen offers ice maker, Keurig coffee maker & carafe, microwave, toaster oven, blender, crockpot, plenty of cookware and utensils, pantry items, and creamer and sweeteners. Service for 8: dishware, glassware, and flatware.
ENTERTAINMENT: surround yourself with the comforts of home, Smart TV and Bose surround sound speakers.
EXTERIOR: landscaped patios allow for al fresco dining and cooking on the gas grill. Two car garage and shared off-street parking spaces.
LOCATION: It’s a “10”! Steps from the Tea House, Geronimo and El Farol on Canyon Road is a big plus. The Plaza is within a mile and a very easy walk.

Other things to note: Noise ordinance in effect 10pm - 7am. No smoking inside the home. Pets are allowed with pre-approval only, and a pet fee is required.
