Tony's Place - 2 bdrm, 2 bath, pull out sofa

This 1200 square foot casita features two bedrooms, two full bathroom, with a nice kitchen with dinning for six, plus a separate eating area for two. Boasting hardwood floors, beautiful adobe walls, original viga beam ceilings, decorated with Santa Fe style furnishing. The master bedroom is located off the den, with a king size bed, separated by French doors, sitting area, with a bathroom that includes a shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a bathroom with a shower. Skylights, ceiling fans, central air and radiant heat, TV, Washer/Dryer and complimentary wireless internet access. The den also has a pull out sofa convenient for the children! Private patio located in back of the casita! Complimentary parking just in front of your place! You can park your car and walk to the plaza in minutes or to the brand new rail yard.

This two-bedroom casita was amazing. Homey, spacious, clean and full of personality. We appreciated every aspect of our stay, from its location and walkability to nearby restaurants and the grocery store, to the centralized location near to various touristy things, to the comfort and hominess to settle in each evening. And one bathroom in each room (no sharing!) is divine. We experienced a power outage one night due to intense storms rolling through the region and the property manager, Mary Ann, was prompt and helpful in helping us navigate timing/candles. One of the best places Iā€™ve ever stayed.

We enjoyed our stay at Tonyā€™s place. Everything was neat tidy and in order. The only negative thing I could say would be the road construction on Guadalupe Street. But that canā€™t be helped. It is a fantastic location and we couldnā€™t have asked for anything better. Mary Ann was great and responded to our few requests without hesitation.Five starts to her for sure. Highly recommended and we will stay there again. Beautiful city with so much history.

We had a great time at this cute little house. Easy walking distance to the plaza and many restaurants. There was an issue with the heat. I texted Mary Ann and she had someone over to fix it within 20 minutes. I would stay here again.

Nice room place but location is not the best

Initially had issues with internet and the Host, Mary Ann was immediately available and walked us through the process of resetting a tripped breaker outside. No other issues. Location is okay, but nearby road construction is noisy (tractors beeping, etc.) and unit is immediately behind a Chinese restaurant and it always smelled outside as if your were in their kitchen. The restuarant kitchen stove vents must vent directly into this unit. The backyard patio is private but very, very small.

Lovely house

We enjoyed this beautiful home in Santa Fe. There were 3 of us and we spread out between the bedrooms and the pull out sofa! No complaints at all. The kitchen was well equipped and so were the bathrooms. We had a wonderful stay. I would stay there again. Mary was a good communicator as well. Overall I would highly recommend this house. About a 15 minute walk from the plaza!

Lovely place to stay

The Casa was very nice and walking distance to the square. We enjoyed the front porch in the early morning coffee. Mary Ann was a great host and allowed us to check in early by several hours. When I venture back to Santa Fe you can bet I will be contacting her again for our stay!

Good location

The place was nice and clean and had a good location. Road work made it a bit of a pain, but not the owners fault. It was well appointed, but the shower in one of the bathrooms was incredibly small. Couldn't hardly move around enough to wash yourself. And the listing says it has air conditioning but it has a swamp cooler. Sorry, that is not AC and it doesn't get very cool when it is in the 90's outside. Need to correct that in the listing.

Our stay was lovely. A few minor issues but they were always addressed super fast so no worries there. Walkable to plaza and some great restaurants too - Dolina's and Las Pasquals are a must. If we come back to Santa Fe we would definitely considered staying here again!

Great Southwestern adobe-style home in Santa Fe

My wife, adult daughter, and I (and my daughter's little dog too) enjoyed our stay at "Tony's Place," one of several casitas on this property. The exterior is done in the adobe style you'll see throughout Santa Fe, and the interior is very Southwestern, eclectic, and cheery. The two bedrooms were spacious, each with its own bath-very convenient! The kitchen was very clean and fully equipped, and the living and dining rooms were very comfortable. The location was excellent for our 2-night stay, close to the central plaza with its shops and restaurants, and a very short walk to the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum and the NM Museum of Art. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. If we should visit Santa Fe in the future, we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Weā€™ve been to Santa Fe many times but decided to try this charming VRBO casita for several nights. Great location to walk to Plaza. Pet Friendly, our Golden Retriever enjoyed the space. The casita was equipped with anything you would need. Could easily prepare meals but we go for the numerous great restaurant options!! Decorated in a rustic Santa Fe decor. Communication with the property manager was timely and clearā€”just the right amount of info but not excessive. We wonā€™t hesitate to consider these our next visit.
