Although the location of this property is nice, this poor little house needs some serious updating and attention paid to the outside. Although the interior is clean and attractive overall, a few days staying there brought its rough side out. First, the dishwasher has detached at the back so it has a tendency to fall forward when the door is opened. I timed how long it took to get warm water to the bedroom sinks. It was 11 minutes. What a terrible waste of water and time. In addition, the faucet in the kitchen is also loose and be aware of using the disposal ... it will explode all over you if you're standing in the wrong location. It was a mess! Finally, the exterior is completely overgrown and pretty messy. As much as we wanted to spend the evening on the back porch, the overgrown shrubs and a porch filled with leaves didn't make it very inviting.Santa Fe can be a pretty pricey place to visit but when you get charged 419 a night for a place to rest your head, you really want it to be worth it. This home was not.
