The 400 m², light-flooded holiday home consists of an elegant living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, 6 bedrooms with double beds as well as 7 equipped bathrooms (6 of them en-suite). In addition, all bedrooms have a mini fridge.



Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace and TV. In the 7,000 m² outdoor area you will find a large pool, sun loungers, a lounge and a barbecue area. Enjoy the fantastic views of the mountains and the sea while you swim in the pool, get a tan under the Ibizan sun and spend a relaxing holiday. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are within 700 m ( a 10-minute walk) and the nearest beach, Playa Talamanca, is 1.1 km (a 15-minute walk) away.



Parking spaces are available on the property.

Parties or events are not allowed and after midnight no music or noise is permitted (according to the municipal regulation).

Smoking and pets are not allowed.



- Late check-in is available for an extra fee.

- Always lock the door when you leave the property.

- Insurance does not cover the guest's belongings. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood but it is recommended to take all possible precautions.

- Please respect the interior and exterior areas of the property. - Interiors are NOT-smoking areas.

- Check Out the last day it is before 11: 00h, without exception (unless previously agreed with the host).

- Missing or damaged items will be charged on the security deposit. Especially towels and bed linens.

- Towels are exclusively for the bathroom only. NO BEACH or used to clean anything.

- The loss of keys will have an additional cost.

- Parties or big meetings are not permitted.

- Guests must dispose of all their rubbish before checking out, otherwise an extra fee will apply.
