The 180 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a safe, a fireplace, a games console, and a flatscreen television; while a baby cot is available on request. The private outdoor area boasts open and covered terrace areas, which are perfect to spend the warm evenings with delicious barbecued dinners, and the swimming pool invites you to swim and relax while you enjoy the great view of the mountains. The villa is a 6-minute drive (2.5 km) from Santa Gertrudis, where you will find supermarkets, a pharmacy, cafés, and restaurants. Ibiza town, world-famous for its exclusive clubs and nightlife, is located a 22-minute drive (15 km) south of the villa, and the airport is a 25-minute drive (21 km) away.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
