The Olive Garden: Dive into the 8x4m chlorine pool (depth 0.70m to 2.10m) and relax on the Balinese bed under the shade of our century-old olive tree.

Layout & Comfort:

Ground Floor: Two bedrooms (180x200 beds), living-dining room with terrace views, workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, oven, microwave). Laundry room included.

Upper Floor: Versatile layout with two 90x200 twin beds that can be joined to form a 180x200 king-size bed upon request. Includes an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a private terrace overlooking the pool and Santa Eugènia.

Exterior: 6 sun loungers, a summer lounge, a garden surrounding the property, and a rear area with a BBQ and wood-fired oven.

Features: Full air conditioning, central heating, and private parking for 4 cars. Typical Mallorcan charm with a sophisticated Wabi-Sabi touch.
