The uniquely designed Villa Patziac, sitting on 6 lush acres, has a bright and airy beach-vibe, with jaw-dropping views of the lake and its 3 volcanoes and dramatic exposed rock-cliff walls throughout the home. The house features 3 bedrooms, a loft, a den/flex bedroom (8-9 beds total), 4 full bathrooms plus an outdoor soaking tub and shower, a spacious living area with fire place, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table seating up to 14, an outdoor dining area with gas grill, a separate charcoal grill, a wood-burning pizza oven and wood burning sauna for you to enjoy. The extensive gardens are filled with tropical plants and fruits including citrus, avocado, mango and guava for you pick and eat fresh off the trees.

We do our best to ensure our guests have a wonderful experience of the lake and Guatemala. We will arrange your private land and boat transport to the house (additional charge) as well as lake tours and special excursions (ask us for a list of suggested activities). You may request a private chef during your stay, and in-house massages and yoga classes are also available. Maid service is included every-other-day during your stay (more frequent service can be arranged upon request).
