Apartamentos em Santa Cruz La Laguna, 07

"It was a great experience. The host was great communicating and really helpful. The property is walking distance from the pier and from the main area of respaurants and also really close to the Nature Reserve Park. I recommend :) "

"If you do stay in one of the properties this guy owns do NOT give him cash! He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. He charms you with good customer service and seems trust worthy but DO NOT GIVE HIM CASH! We've been trying to get a refund for almost a year now and Vrbo hasn't done anything about it either! Will be reporting them to the BBB as well because they...

"Relación precio pésimo, apartamento demasiado deteriodado, sin alfombra de baño, si toallas de area de picina, camas, sabanas, shampoo y javon de lo mas correinte"

"Overall extremely poor. Construction littered the property, loud bangs and tools served as an alarm clock at 6am until the afternoon. Check in took long as the Vrbo listing address takes you very far from where the house actually is and communication proved to be difficult as well. Also lack of direction with garbage leading to a strong odor"

"Beautiful view and very safe environment."

"Todo bien la estadia gracias"

"We arrived at night and instantly fell in love with the property. Just as we thought it couldn’t get any better, we woke up to the most stunning views. The property is gorgeous and was spotless!!! Our trip would not have been as spectacular if it weren’t for the host, Julio, and the groundskeeper, Alfonso. For kayaking, jet skis, massages, and restaurants, the host was able to provide some amazing recommendations and was readily available to answer any questions. Alfonso was very kind and...

"Nice property located very close to the pier and the shore. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the best location to stay. We were given earplugs on arrival but we didn’t need them, we were able to sleep well with the music. Internet was ok, most of the time unstable signal. We ended going to nearby restaurants with Starlink to complete some work. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and with beautiful views of the lake. The Staff were friendly and always available to answer our...

"Lots of amenities. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Bunkbeds need new screws and tighten ASAP. Maybe a inside handle on front door."
