"Muito bem localizado, quarto amplo, cama enorme e confortável. Banheiro grande, com chuveiro bom e super limpo. Café da manhã com boas opções e lunch box bem farto. O aroma do hotel também é uma delícia. Espero voltar!"

"No geral, a hospedagem foi boa. O ar condicionado no quarto nos ajudou bastante com o calor e a equipe foi sempre prestativa. O chuveiro precisa melhorar, pois alternava água gelada com água muito quente. Entendemos que é um problema comum na ilha, mas demorou muuuuito para estabilizar, proporcionando desperdício de água."

"This property has character and some charm. The owner went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation, book tours, and assist with our luggage, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The breakfast was simple but thoughtfully prepared and very tasty. Overall, we loved the experience. The staff were the true highlight of our stay—warm, attentive, and always willing to help."

"Overall, we had a good experience. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was particularly outstanding and made for a great night’s sleep. Service was generally okay, although staff took a bit longer than expected to bring ice to the room and light the fireplace. As this is one of the most expensive hotels in the Galápagos, we expected a higher level of service and maintenance given the price point. There are some areas that could benefit from more attention, particularly the tennis court, which is in need of better upkeep."

"Great breakfast. The pool area was especially enjoyable at the end of the day after long tours. One of the highlights was the deck, conveniently located next to the pool, where we were able to spot turtles, rays, and sea lions. The room was comfortable."
