The Time House - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

An apartment where it's easy to get lost in the infinity horizon along the Atlantic Ocean!
It has 2 large balconies throughout the apartment and lots of sun exposure.
Time is the name of the house and we want you to spend a quality and leisure time with us, and of course in the complex's outdoor swimming pool!
It has 2 bedrooms, 1 double suite with bath and 1 twin bedroom. For this room we have a shower in the guest bathroom.

To connect with the world we have free WiFi available for you and if you like coffee. There is also the possibility to buy coffee capsules so that you never miss your morning coffee.
It does not have parking, however there are some parking spaces available outside.
We emphasize that there is an access ramp for people with reduced mobility, thus facilitating access to the apartment via the elevator.

It has balcony furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), terrace, communal swimming pool, outdoor parking in a building nearby, 1 TV.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and a kettle.
The Time House, located in Santa Cruz, is subject to the tourist tax (eco taxa).
This is 2€ per day, per person from 13 years old and over, up to 7 days.

Check in times are from 16h. In the event of availability, early check ins are possible.
The supl fee for late arrivals from 22h00 to 00h00 is 20,00€
The supl fee for arrivals after 00h00, is 40,00€

Check outs are until 10h00. In the event of availability, a late check out can be possible.
