This 80m2 2-bedroom apartment in Caniço Madeira is the perfect place for families and friends to relax and enjoy a holiday together.

The property is located on the second floor and is accessible by lift.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The master bedroom boasts a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with ample storage units. Every bed is outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Caniço is conveniently located just a short drive from Funchal, Madeira’s capital, allowing visitors to easily explore the city's attractions while enjoying a quieter base. The town is well-connected by public transportation, with plenty of taxis and car rental services available for added convenience.

Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to do in Caniço, with numerous hiking trails offering breathtaking views of the coastline and the Atlantic Ocean. The Garajau Nature Reserve, a must-visit for nature lovers and divers, showcases a rich marine life and the iconic Cristo Rei statue overlooking the ocean.

With its mild subtropical climate, Caniço enjoys warm summers and mild winters, making it an ideal year-round destination. While the town is famous for its natural beauty, it also features interesting cultural sites, such as local churches and historical landmarks.

Caniço offers stunning coastal views and beautiful beaches, including the popular Reis Magos Beach, renowned for its clear waters and excellent conditions for snorkelling and diving. The town boasts a diverse selection of restaurants and cafes, serving both traditional Madeiran cuisine and international dishes.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Fonte Do Livramento, is just a 6-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is an 11-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
