This charming house is designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay, with inviting indoor spaces and a pleasant outdoor area perfect for enjoying Madeira's mild climate.

Step into the welcoming living room, where a comfortable sofa and TV create the ideal setting to unwind after a day of exploring. The space flows seamlessly into the outdoor patio, allowing plenty of natural light and easy access to the fresh air. WiFi is available throughout the property for both entertainment and remote work.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

The house offers two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a plush double bed to ensure restful nights. All beds come with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day discovering the island. Fresh towels are provided for your convenience, and a washing machine is also available for longer stays.

Upstairs, you'll find a cozy attic lounge with a sofa and TV, creating an additional living space ideal for movie nights, reading, or simply relaxing in a peaceful atmosphere.

Outside, the patio is the perfect place to enjoy Madeira's pleasant weather. Complete with a built-in BBQ, dining table, and chairs, it provides a wonderful setting for al fresco meals and memorable moments with family or friends.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A bright and comfortable apartment in Caniço, located in a peaceful area on Madeira’s beautiful south coast. Guests can enjoy nearby attractions such as Reis Magos Beach, the Garajau Nature Reserve, and the famous Cristo Rei viewpoint, offering stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The area is ideal for coastal walks, diving, snorkeling, and exploring Madeira’s natural beauty. With easy access to Funchal, local restaurants, and scenic levada trails, it’s a perfect base for discovering the island while enjoying a relaxing stay by the sea.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

There is no train station on Madeira Island, as public transport is mainly provided by buses. Several bus stops are located within a short walking distance (5–10 minutes) from the property, offering connections to Funchal, Caniço, and surrounding areas.

Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport (FNC) is approximately a 10–15 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
