The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric plate, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The bedroom is delightfully furnished with a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort and direct access to the balcony.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The outdoor swimming pool is available for your enjoyment.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is an excellent location for those looking to explore the area. The road is surrounded by various attractions, including the stunning Cristo Rei statue, the beautiful Palheiro Golf course, the breathtaking Miradouro do Pináculo viewpoint, and the picturesque Ponta da Oliveira.

For those looking to indulge in local cuisine, there are several restaurants and bars in the area to choose from, such as Frango da Guiia 2 Garajau and Lareira Portuguesa 2, both of which serve delicious Portuguese dishes. La Carbonara - Garajau is also a popular spot for Italian cuisine.

If you're looking for a unique experience, the Inn and Art Madeira is a great place to stay. This hotel offers a blend of art and hospitality, with each room featuring original works of art and a homely atmosphere.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
