The apartment features two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping 5. It includes two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, and utensils for meal preparation.



Enjoy private parking for one car, a washing machine, hairdryer, and smart TV. Families with small children will find a baby cot and high chair available.



Located in central Santa Cruz, the apartment is a short walk from restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. Nearby, you'll find a pool, beach with direct sea access, and a scenic promenade for coastal walks.



While a car is recommended for exploring Madeira, a bus stop is just minutes away. Whether you wish to hike or relax by the sea, the apartment is ideally situated.



Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Smoking is not allowed inside.





The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
