We enjoyed walking to the beach and relaxing in the pool in the evening. "The owner promised TWO beds. There was only one. This would have been a great experience for a couple in a relationship. It was terrible for one of us to sleep on a couch that a small dog would be uncomfortable on! The place was nice, yet the broken promise tainted what would have been 100%"

"Ilya was a very attentive host. He responded quickly to all of our questions and requests. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook a few meals. The pools were incredible and it’s a very short walk to the beach. One thing to note, it’s on a hill and there are lots of steep paths to get around the complex. There are some stairs too. "

"My Girlfriend and I just spent a week here and we couldn’t be any more impressed! The views were amazing, especially from the shared rooftop area where the sunsets were spectacular! The host was very friendly and had great communication. It was very clean and great after a long day exploring Samara. Most days we’d walk into town and back a few times a day, however next time we might get a golf cart because we will for sure be back to this property!"

"We stayed for 3 months during the high season Dec 1-February 28, 2015. Very comfortable, everything worked and photographs are accurate. Extremely comfortable king bed in master and plenty of towels and linens, and a well stocked kitchen as well. Pool was only steps away and very refreshing. The unit was a little on the dark side and the complex attracted a lot of seniors, but overall, a 5 star stay!"

"We stayed here (two couples) for three nights in February. The place was wonderful! We were on the second floor. We enjoyed the outdoor dining space that overlooked the numerous trees, native plants and beautiful pool. We were able to see monkeys and various birds each day. We had a rental car (which would be important if you are staying here) but the location was excellent. Only a few minutes drive to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. We were able to cook some meals and have...
