"Maya Heights Village is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! I traveled alone for my birthday and I felt completely safe. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at all times, including changing my cabin when there were Wifi issues. Ingris, the lead coordinator was AMAZINGLY kind and attentive at all times. She was so sweet, even having a surprise birthday banner and cake set up at dinner when I arrived! She did so much, helping me book a wonderful tour and having a staff member...

"Other than no hot water in either sink & no heat, the cabin was GREAT. Hot water in the shower. No carbon monoxide detected. Kitchen, paper towels, sun porch, water faucet outside, extra blanket, fridge... The bomb!

"Had a great two night stay at The Lodge at Jaguar Reef. All of the staff members that we interacted with were helpful and accommodating......especially Julio at the front desk! Amazing room and property. Drinks and bartenders from the restaurant bar and the Big Dock bar were awesome. If we ever return to the area I can't imagine not staying here. "

Put a “reserved” sign on the beach chairs in front of the freestanding villas. People who were not using the resort sat in ours and took our cushions a few times.
