A recently fully renovated house with an elegant hallway, a large double bedroom, study area, living room, bathroom, huge eat-in kitchen with access to an enclosed garden. The entire house has been completely refurbished this year and has new high-end ceramic flooring throughout, new and upgraded plumbing and wiring and every room has been freshly painted. Both the bedroom and kitchen have air conditioning. All the furniture has been carefully selected to blend in. A door from the kitchen leads onto a raised patio area where you can enjoy a drink and there are steps from this balcony to a lower secure walled garden with citrus trees. Free parking is available roadside outside the property. There is a bakery a stone's throw away and other shops, banks and amenities are within walking distance. The property is ideally situated to allow you to explore the area. Punta Secca the home of 'Montalbano' the Italian police TV series in just 10 minutes away by car. There are several free and clean family beaches within a 5 minute drive and further afield you can take day trips to Syracuse, Noto, Mount Etna and many of the Baroque towns in the province of Ragusa some of which are world heritage sites. Return to the house, kick off your shoes and relax in our quiet and secure garden. Alternatively, read a book in the study area or if feeling in need of a treat, take a 2 minute stroll up the road to the best ice cream bar in town. The quoted price in euro per night includes everything. There are no extras. A baby cot can be supplied free of charge if requested. La casa é stata recentemente rinnovata: sono stati pitturati i muri, rifatto il sistema idrico ed elettrico, rivestiti i pavimenti in ceramica prestigiosa. La casa consiste di una grande stanza da letto matrimoniale, provvista di aria condizionata, di uno studio, un salotto una grande cucina altresi fornita di aria condizionata. Wifi disponibile. I mobili sono in legno canadese. Dalla cucina si accede sia ad un balcone che ad un giardino interno adornato dal alberi da frutto (agrumi). il parcheggio e disponibile gratis al di fuori della proprietà. C'é un panificio vicino, vi é anche una serie di negozi, banche ed amenità raggiungibili a piedi. La casa di Montalbano é raggiungibile in macchina in 5 minuti, mentre località come Siracusa, Noto, l'Etna o altre città barocche della provincia sono raggiungibili in giornata. Alternativamente potete godere del giardino leggere un libro nello studio o , raggiungere a piedi in 2 minuti la migliore gelateria del paese.
