The Bahama Beach Club is a beautiful 5 bedroom / 5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 14 guests or up to 18 guests with the assistance of 2 queen air mattresses. With a different theme in every room, you will not know which room to choose! The Sailor Suite comes with built in reading lights for the late-night book worms, and the ultimate gamers closet stocked with an Insignia Roku TV, a PS4, and plenty of board games. The Mermaid Suite comes with an Insignia Roku TV and a mattress so comfortable it would send King Triton off to the sweetest of dreams. The Seahorse Suite comes with an Insignia Roku TV and two charging stations. The Retro Beach Suite will have you traveling back in time and comes with an Insignia Roku TV. Anchors away in the Sailboat Suite with an Insignia Roku TV. Barbeque steaks on the back patio under the setting desert sun. Cozy up in the giant bamboo lounge chairs in your own tropical beach oasis while having a movie night with the whole family, play to win in your own ping pong tournament, and laugh the day away while playing one of many fun and exciting family games! Greatest stay of our trip

We loved this place! Great space to visit and hang out with family! Every room has a bathroom attached. It was very conveniently located to the outdoor kid area (seriously right out the back door). We had plenty of towels and bedding was comfortable. Had a minor problem of the outdoor trash being full when we arrived and it was promptly taken care of. The only thing we felt could improve was the amount of dishes in the kitchen. Definitely could use some more plates and bowls for how many the property sleeps. Also a little frustrating that they asked you to remove your shoes and then everyone’s feet were black just from walking around on the carpets. Maybe could use a good deep cleaning of the floors and couch?

Huntsman Game Pickleballers

8 lady friends who played pickleball in the Huntsman games. Enjoyed the pool, house, Rooms and access to Pickleball court and style of house. Everything was neat and clean. Great get away. I would suggest the hosts add some bicycles and pool floats just to give some options. This was my 3rd stay in this neighborhood.

House was perfect. Map location was inaccurate and made house difficult to find. Everything was clean and being so close to pool and lazy river was great. We went to Tuacahn plays so location was amazing.

Very nice accomodations for our family of 12

Such a well layed house for our family. Bedrooms were great, especially with a bathroom for each bedroom. Bathrooms and kitchen well stocked. Dining area, living area large and very comfortable. Pools were a huge hit. Very small things need improving. Majority of soap dispensers did not work, black out shades would have been great, a few roaches and ants in house.

Last visit to Paradise Village, Santa Clara, Utah

Let me start by saying we were "regulars" to this resort.....we loved it in the past! We have stayed at this resort for the last 5+ years (not 2020). 2021 was by FAR the worst experience we have had. The house specifically, was ok. The positives: Pack & play, high chair, ping pong table. We thought being steps away from the lazy river & kiddie pool was going to be a positive.....we were sadly mistaken. The negatives: It was uncomfortably warm in the house at all times, thermostat had a note not to set the temperature below 71 as the unit would freeze. Multiple items were broken upon arrival. I texted RedSands and got some items fixed promptly: broken ladder on bunk, doors not shutting and a broken toilet. Other items were ignored: filthy kitchen pans, broken wall decorations, broken trash can, broken kitchen items (RedSands response: "We will contact the owners and see if they want to replace" - no further response). In addition, the pool conditions were unacceptably POOR. The lazy river was disgusting! We were there 8 days. The majority of our party NEVER entered the pools! The lazy river was so cloudy you could not see the bottom of the pool......FOR 8 DAYS!! I texted RedSands multiple times about the pool conditions. They indicated they were aware of the situation. RedSands response: "The people in charge of the pool are aware and did go today for testing and adding what was necessary for safety." I went and spoke directly to the pool cleaning company. Pool company response: "There are too many people in it all the time"....."We'll try some clarifier". On day 7 of our stay someone POOPED IN THE LAZY RIVER! Someone reported STEPPING ON IT to the concession stand as we were in line. It took the staff HOURS to find and retrieve the POOP in the lazy river because they couldn't see the bottom of the pool! Guests were in the pool looking for the poop while the concession stand workers were outside the pool laughing and having a good ole' time trying to scoop up the poop. UNBELIEVABLE! DISGUSTING! This house's kitchen window and patio faces the lazy river, you couldn't help but watch this FIASCO! I would not recommend ANY home in PV based on the pool conditions! Date of arrival - July 22, 2021

Amazing

This home is located right outside the pool which was AMAZING. The pictures don’t do it justice this house is much cuter in person. I was very satisfied, however I think it would be helpful to include a list of what is at the home. We brought a crock pot and waffle maker not knowing there were some included. I will definitely stay here again!

Great place for a family stay.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights to enjoy time away in Santa Clara. We had our 4 grown kids with 3 of their spouses and 6 grandkids with us. The kitchen was large enough to handle cooking for meals. The dining table was large enough for us to use for cooking our meals. The pool was just outside the back patio. It has plenty of sun chairs along with a lazy river and a water slide. Each of the rooms had their own bathroom. Visiting in the family room was enjoyable. We were able to use the garage and the driveway for parking and the garage was large enough to accommodate my full size truck. We would certainly consider staying at the property again.

Great location and accommodations

We enjoyed being close to the pool and the accommodations were great for the entire family. Plenty of room for all. Only issues were a few cockroaches and access to the pool was complicated due to new HOA rules. Pool management were not helpful and policies were inconsistent.

110% Loved Everything About #110

This home was perfect for our Family Reunion. The gate to the pools/jacuzzi is just steps from the back door! So convenient. The deep couch was a huge favorite and so comfy. My daughter wants to know where she can buy one. The six pickleball courts are a block away (bring your own paddles and balls). Harmons is just down the street. The ice dispenser on the fridge works great. The Bella Copper Titanium Coated Non-Stick Electric Griddle was excellent for bacon and eggs in the morning and quesadillas at lunch. The Krups waffle iron was awesome! The outdoor BBQ grill is huge and easily fit 12 burgers and 8 hotdogs. We loved everything about the home and neighborhood, will definitely be back, and highly recommend #110.

Cutest house I have stayed in to date

This was a super property the pool is in the back yard you can watch the kids from the deck and patio!!! The decor is fun!! My mom loved all the old photos in the bedroom that was her era. The set up of every bedroom has a bathroom!!!!
