Comfortable Charming Cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and charming cottage in lovely Montecito. The cottage is attractively decorated and well furnished. The sunny, beautifully landscaped outdoor living space is a highlight. The owner is an excellent communicator and was very responsive to our needs. We will return next year!

Gorgeous cottage

Charming Montecito Cottage
Our perfect home away from home in Santa Barbara. Host is friendly and responsive, cottage is decorated in a coastal style that I love, beds are comfy and Nespresso coffee machine welcome. The patio area is large and private, parking is easy and minutes to shopping and restaurants.

Loved our stay
We absolutely loved our stay here! I visited with my mother and baby daughter and it was the perfect spot to enjoy all the charms of Montecito. The location is excellent - a few minutes' drive to all of the action in the lower village (restaurants, shopping, etc.) and easy access to other attractions and activities. It's situated in a quiet, nice neighborhood. The home itself is well-appointed and equipped with all of things one would want/need. Check-in/check-out process was seamless and Pat was kind and easily accessible. I will absolutely be staying here again during my next trip and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montecito!

Mother Daughter weekend
A friend and I stayed here with our daughters for a mother daughter weekend. This charming cottage is located within walking distance of some excellent restaurants (Jeanine’s for brunch and Tre Lune for dinner - both delicious) and a short drive to the beach. There is a cozy patio for wine and conversation and a built in BBQ. We all said we would definitively stay here again.

Pretty house, inaccurate bed description
Nice property, but missing a few important elements that would have improved the stay significantly. Most critical is that the bed listed as a queen is indeed a full (we measured just to be sure) and we would not have booked if we had known in advanced. House had a lot of spiders and cobwebs plus outside cushions were too dirty to sit on. However host responded right away and was helpful.

Beautiful, idyllic
4 college friends stayed here for a reunion - it was perfect! Nice outdoor patio for lounging and chatting. We walked into Montecito, ate downtown and looked at architecture on the small side streets. Easy drive to SB and UCSB. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Simply said, Perfect!
This was our second stay and we will go back again next year. We stayed for 2 weeks and could not have been more happy. It is a perfect location. Walk to Coast Village road, 2 minutes by car to Butterfly Beach or 5 to SB East Beach. Walk to shopping, pharmacy restaurants and close to local grocery store with a huge wine department. Pat texted after we arrived to make sure everything was ok and was quick to respond to our questions. The cottage itself is wonderful. Everything you need and of high quality. The patio is sunny and inviting. Highly recommend.

Montecito hideaway
A perfect place for a couple alone or with one or two others. The bungalow is exceptionally well designed and decorated. The art is perfectly chosen to complement the space and the relaxed feeling it has.The furniture is comfortable and attractive with lots of wood, but nothing flashy,. The kitchen has everything you could wish to find and use. The walk in shower is all glass and tile. There is a large screen TV in the living area and a smaller one in the master BR. The outdoor patio is just as nice. It is 1 minute to the Upper Village and two to Coast Village Road, yet it is hidden away from busy traffic and is not really a through street. Enough room for two cars, one in front and one on the side. Last, it is in Montecito, which I think is the most beautiful place in Southern California

Fantastic home!
Everything was extremely clean and had very nice decor! Very high quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Amazing to have a washer/dryer in unit. Quiet and peaceful, wish we stayed longer! Highly recommended and would return.

Wonderful cottage in Montecito
We loved this cottage, and it was absolutely perfect for my mom, sister, and me on a trip to California. The space was perfectly decorated and laid out - and all of the outside spaces were lovely. Every item we needed - or would have needed if we had stayed longer - was provided. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. A wonderful experience! Thank you

Cottage bliss
The cottage on Cota Ln. is a quiet and pleasant hideaway for a couple or couple and guest. Well appointed and equipped with almost all the needs to make your visit to the SB area memorable. Easy check-in and instructions for taking advantage of all it has to offer. We would have given it 5+ stars if not for the broken outdoor grill and window blinds that were not acknowledged by the property manager. Also, the outdoor area could use a refresh and deep cleaning. Not enough for us to not recommend this property for a relaxing visit to a beautiful area.

Had a lovely time at this property for a weekend getaway. It has everything you need and in a great location to the local attractions. The only thing we wished it had was air conditioning, since it was a bit warm at night. We will definitely be back!

Serene cottage perfect for families!
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and well appointed cottage. Everything about it was perfect for our family of four, including the spacious bedrooms, indoor gathering spots and beautiful outdoor seating areas. Beautiful Home, peaceful & perfect location
If you are looking stay a bit away from the fray of Santa Barbara yet still have access to great restaurants, shopping, beach, and all of the activities that SB/Montecito have to offer, then this beautiful cottage is a great option. Incredibly clean and nicely appointed, the cottage was truly like a home away from home on our recent 3 night stay. A short walk away to cafes, shopping, and a market, and a short drive to the beach and other area activities. Check-in and check-out were easy and everything we needed was there. We will be back!

This was a second time for us at Pat's lovely property and we loved it even more than the first time! Cottage is immaculate, there is everything you can possibly ask for, location is serene, communication with Pat is easy, check in is seamless. Excellent location and super cute cottage
We can't be happier with our stay at the cottage. Perfect location for attending my daughter's wedding at San Ysidro Ranch. The cottage it is roomy, comfortable and convenient. Pat the owner has thought of everything we may need and well provided for, thank you Pat. The only wish is that I could have brought my little 9lb dog so she can part take in the festivities, as she was very close to my daughter, the bride.

Romance in Montecito
My husband and I were celebrating a special anniversary and we were delighted with the cottage. The taste level in the furnishings, accessories, and linens were first rate. The pictures don’t begin to show how beautiful everything is. Our added delight was the size of the private patio. We had an extra room that was perfect at all times of day. A beautiful neighborhood for walks and close to great restaurants and the beach.

Great Stay - House is set up perfectly!
Three of us stayed for two nights. The house was set up with everything we could need. The house is decorated very nicely, making us feel right at home. Beds and bedding are great, plenty of towels and full kitchen set up. My daughters had previously stay here and recommended to me and my friends. Great location, nice neighborhood to walk around. Highly recommend. Thank you Pat for your timely communication and offer to meet with us upon arrival if needed.

Wish we could have stayed longer
We stayed for two nights mid-week during a big anniversary trip to Southern CA. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was the perfect size for two of us, with a nice open floor plan and outdoor seating to watch the hummingbirds in the hedgerow. While near a busy road, it was plenty quiet for us a couple of houses off the main road and a good location for strolling into Montecito or driving up to Santa Barbara for shopping and restaurants.

This property is amazing - beautiful, well located, clean and so thoughtfully appointed. Pat was communicative and helpful the whole way through and we had a wonderful time.
