A relaxed haven for a coastal getaway, this private cottage is just a two-minute stroll to the golden shores of East Beach. Highlights include high-speed fiber optic internet, a fully equipped kitchen, hardwood floors, a large whirlpool tub for two, a walk-in shower, and a private gated patio with an outdoor shower and dining set. The master bedroom offers a brand new, king sized bed, air-conditioning, a gas fireplace, smart Roku TV, and bluetooth sound system. A second room features a built-in twin daybed and desk, perfect to use as an office or kid's room. Guests can also access a large, communal deck area that features sun loungers, a dining table, and a gas BBQ grill.

This home is just one block away from the famed East Beach and within walking distance of restaurants and local attractions such as the Santa Barbara Zoo, Bird Refuge, Cabrillo Arts Pavilion, and East Beach volleyball courts, all of which are within walking distance. Guests can also make use of the scenic bike and walking path that runs along East and West beach and houses some of the best shops, galleries, and restaurants that Santa Barbara has to offer. For locally grown and organic produce, Tri-County Produce is just a 3-minute walk away and features a fully stocked market that has everything you need. Stearns Wharf, The Funk Zone, Montecito, and downtown Santa Barbara are all just minutes away by car.

The title pretty sums it up. It is a great property and we had a fun time and enjoyed our stay. Only negatives were that the bed is not very comfortable, and also the sound proofing is not very good so unless you have a fan on or something you'll be able to hear traffic and trains throughout the night.

I liked being in the privacy of the cabin. I could hear the freeway and train, so would want to be there for too long. Ok for a couple of days They said washer dryer available in the welcome book but then wouldn’t let me use it. I communicated and they only responded with a generic ai response such as ā€œwe cannot help you this is our policyā€ then I wanted Kate checkout after they sent an email and they said ā€œnot available. This is our policyā€ so I was frustrated. The place had masses of dust et the furniture and mold in kitchen cabinets. Otherwise would be a sweet place to stay again if there was more functional housekeeping and management.

Cottage is cute and cozy but needs help. Sheets and duvet are very rough material. It does not get dark at night because lights shine in. Needs darkening curtains. Cookware is old. Needs a big pot for cooking pasta. There is no privacy for bath area. Owners should install a curtain.

The property was in a great location, very close to the beach and a local supermarket. The apartment was comfortable with all the amenities needed. There was a lot of wear and tear in places and the kitchen had limited equipment which seemed quite dated. We enjoyed our stay here.

The floors were dirty and the sheets were dirty, we had to have housekeeping come and mop the floor and change the bedding which made it much better. But the biggest issue was the kitchen sink and countertop. The countertop is literally peeling off around the sink and is brown and rotting inside, it is absolutely disgusting. This property should NOT be rented out until that countertop is replaced and the kitchen sink area is sanitary. That was appalling.
