The en suite bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower completes the suite offerings. The other two bedrooms of this wing face the front yard, each outfitted with queen-size beds and sharing a hall bathroom.
The secondary suite on the opposite side of the home is spacious, bright, and equal in size and stature to the primary. In addition, there is a television, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The added benefit of an outside entrance offers added privacy and autonomy for guests. Views of the zero-scape front garden in contrast to the stunning Santa Ynez mountains make this east wing special. There is a laundry with front-loading washer, dryer, and utility sink too. Ocean beaches are all within a short stroll, a brisk walk, or a brief drive away. However, walking down the street to Mesa Lane Steps is an absolute must, offering a dramatic ascent to an exceptional and beloved beach; wait for low tide to experience the most amazing tide pools. Nearby Hendry's Beach and The Wilcox Preserve attract locals, visitors, and energetic pups are always invited too! In the opposite direction, Shoreline Park and the stunning south-facing beaches are a coastal playground of activity and adventure to be experienced.
