Immaculately renovated, with its upstairs exterior access in a multi-unit building only two blocks from downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. This 853 sqft, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, fully equipped apartment features a full kitchen with an island set in a large open space with the living room. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a deluxe en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom features a king bed, a private balcony with creek views, and direct access to a Jack and Jill-style bathroom with a walk-in shower. It is also accessible from the main living area. This high-end unit includes all amenities to provide a comfortable short or longer stay for up to 6 guests, with two sleeping on the high-quality queen-size pull-out sofa. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a brand-new LG washer and dryer stack and ironing amenities.
The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. Enjoy the stunning communal rooftop terrace with breathtaking mountain views, open for guests between 8 am and 10 pm.
The living room offers a 65" flat-screen Sony Bravia Smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features (no cable) and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. Each bedroom has a 43" Sony Bravia with features similar to the living room TV. The full kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs and features a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker. Vertuo pods, sugar, sweetener, and coffee creamer are provided for your stay. Pets are welcome with a small fee per stay.
*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.*
*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking. Pets will enjoy fresh water from the SIBAYS pet fountain with filtration system, located next to the ice machine in the covered garage.

*BABY / CHILD AMENITIES: Pack n' play and high chair are available and stored in the laundry room of the apartment.
## Access
This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS. There are stairs leading to the unit and no elevator.
We do not provide daily cleaning. However, we are happy to refresh rooms for stays longer than five days upon appointment. Please get in touch with our hospitality team to switch out towels or request extra supplies.
Parking and EV charging (shared amenities):
Casa De La Vina offers free guest parking in its private parking lot and additional parking spots in the covered garage on the right side of the building. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-served basis. Free street parking is available if the lots are full. 5 EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay; logging into the Tesla pay app is needed to charge ($0.30/kW). Casa De La Vina staff does not monitor parking spot use, and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.
## Interaction
This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat from 5 am to 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast.

This complex does not have live TV service. Instead, all TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV.

Perfect lux place for families!

Great place! Walking distance to State St. The apartment was new, clean and stocked well. We were pleasantly surprised to see it came stocked with a few waters and coffee. Quick response from the host when I needed help finding a wine opener. We would absolutely stay here again!

Better than I expected!
The space was clean and modern. I was impressed by the quality of sleep i got - mattresses were great, bedding was soft, ac unit was strong and the outside noise was barely audible.
I would come back here for my next trip to SB.

Beautiful space & great location!
Our unit was very clean, fresh and beautiful! We had everything we needed. We all slept so comfortably in the cool sheets and welcoming beds! Great location to walk to restaurants, groceries, wharf. Quiet building and quiet, peaceful area. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others without hesitation. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Girls trip success
Pleasantly surprised with our stay. The apartment was luxurious. Every amenity was thought of and provided. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. My shower was gigantic and the soaking tub deep. We will definitely stay here again. The room was walking distance to everything. Couldn’t ask for more.

This was such a wonderful stay! We appreciate every amenity and square inch of the apartment. It is so thoughtfully designed and everything is provided to make the experience wonderful and meaningful for those who stay. The thoughtfulness of everything from the kitchen utensils to what is provided in the rooms, reflects the commitment of the company to provide guests with an incredibly satisfying experience. Great location, superb comfort
We were a family of 5 with pets. The apartment is brand new and comfortable for all of us to stay. The location is excellent - just a couple of blocks away from State street which has lots of restaurants and shopping.
Zipstay customer service was excellent. They accommodated our request to check out a little later and more importantly called us and offered to ship some stuff we left in the apartment!
