"Pros: great location, on-site laundry. owner was responsive except for when we were trying to check in and the key was not where we had been told it would be.Cons: on check in, key was not where it was supposed to be. multiple attempts to contact host were unanswered. We received an answer 2 hours later.The carpet needs to be replaced. Carpeted floors make no sense in a place like this with a climate like this. "Pleasant and comfortable apartment in a very good central location with private parking. This apartment uses coin operated laundry machines in the basement. It would be nice if the coins (who carries coins anymore?) and laundry detergent were supplied for guests. We would have appreciated that more than the bottle of Champagne left in the fridge. Otherwise, a very nice experience. "

"Incredible stay from start to finish. The grounds were beautiful, and we were welcomed with a thoughtful bottle of bubbly waiting for us. The location was perfect-just a short drive to everything we wanted to do and easily walkable to so much, including the beach. It was also very family-friendly and worked out wonderfully for our young family with toddlers. We will be back, thank you!"

It is on a busy street and backs up to a public park where the city of Santa Barbara has erected a 3-story trapeze apparatus and a large trampoline, with attached rock music playing 9-5. Regular noise from instructors shouting to teens training on the trapeze. The backyard gazebo looks enticing in the photos of the listing, but it's noisy during the day. "House was cute, clean, ocean view and exactly like pictures. Hosts were east to communicate with, they are so kind and want to make sure you have the best stay possible. On our first night there was an issue that was no fault to the property or hosts but Rick and Debbie went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Would stay here again just because of that. "
