Welcome to our upscale 3-bedroom, 2-bath guest house (ADU), located on a shared family property in central Santa Ana. The guest house is a separate, private living unit with its own entrance and private interior space.

PLEASE READ OUR HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING

Our house rules are strictly enforced.

Absolutely NO parties, events, gatherings, or live music.
NO visitors or unregistered guests.
Maximum occupancy is 6 registered guests.
NO alcohol anywhere on the property.
NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
NO pets unless approved in writing before booking.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Only registered guests included in the reservation may enter or use the property. Please do not book this property if these rules do not work for your stay.

THE GUEST HOUSE

The newly built guest house features an open-concept living area, oversized RH leather sectional with pull-out bed, 83-inch LG Gallery Smart TV, gourmet kitchen with marble island and premium appliances, spa-inspired bathrooms, memory-foam mattresses, quality linens, and Smart TVs in each bedroom.

SHARED PROPERTY

The homeowner lives in the main house at the front of the property. The guest house is located toward the rear/right side and has its own private entrance.

The pool, patio, walkways, and fruit garden are shared outdoor areas and are not exclusively reserved for guests. The homeowner and family may access these areas for normal family use, safety, pet care, and property maintenance.

POOL

Pool hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. There is no lifeguard. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Do not move or adjust pool equipment.

DOG AREA - OFF LIMITS

The designated dog area at the rear of the property is private and strictly off limits to guests. Do not enter, open, touch, or approach this area. The homeowner may access this area for pet care.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS

Ring security cameras are installed throughout the EXTERIOR of the property for safety, security, and occupancy verification. Exterior cameras monitor the driveway, gate, entrances, patio, POOL AREA, garden/dog area, and sides of the property.

The pool and shared outdoor areas are within the viewing area of exterior security cameras.

There are NO cameras inside the guest house or in any private interior living space.

PARKING

Driveway parking is available in designated areas. Do not block neighboring driveways.

IMPORTANT

This reservation is for the private guest house and permitted use of designated shared outdoor areas. It does not provide exclusive use of the entire property, backyard, pool, patio, garden, or land.

By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to follow the property rules, registered guest limit, shared-area conditions, and disclosed exterior security-camera locations.
