"The hotel itself has a good structure; however, there are several service issues that need improvement. The location is quite difficult to access by car, as it is situated in the historic downtown area with very narrow streets, some of which are restricted to local traffic only. In addition, the parking area is located far from the hotel, which makes arrival and departure less convenient. Upon arrival, there was no one available to assist with luggage, and guests must carry their bags up steps in order to reach the elevator, which is not very practical. Room cleaning is only carried out until 12:00 pm, but this information is not clearly communicated to guests. As a result, our room was not cleaned during our stay. In addition, the hotel does not offer room service, which limits comfort, especially for a property that otherwise presents itself well. Another point that felt quite unpleasant was the checkout experience. Checkout time is at 11:00 am, and exactly at that time the lights in the common areas were turned off, which came across as unnecessarily rude. Overall, while the physical structure of the hotel is good, the level of service and guest experience should be improved to match it."

"Hotel localizado próximo à estação, com uma excelente vedação das janelas com zero barulho. Cama boa, equipe atenciosa, café da manhã com bastante variedade. Ponto negativo banheiro com o box pequeno e a propriedade não possui espaço para descarregar as malas do veículo. Aliás o estacionamento indicado é caro e caro e o atendimento péssimo."
