The villa offers spacious, bright, and fully equipped areas to enjoy both the interior and exterior of the property. Guests have exclusive access to the upper floor of the villa, where they will find 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a pleasant terrace with unobstructed views.

Outside, you can enjoy a private pool, barbecue area, garden, playground, sports area, and parking within the property, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate all year round.

For transparency, we would like to inform you that the ground floor of the villa is rented to other tenants, who are very quiet and respectful. They will not disturb you at any time. Both dwellings are completely independent, with separate entrances and no interaction between guests, ensuring the privacy and tranquility of your stay at all times. The only shared area is the exterior parking access. All other common areas (pool, terrace, barbecue area, games, and sun loungers) are for your exclusive use only.

The location is perfect for combining rest, beach, and tourism. Very close to the villa, you can discover:
• Sitges, one of the most beautiful destinations on the Catalan coast, famous for its beaches, restaurants, promenade, Mediterranean atmosphere, and international festivals.
• Garraf Natural Park, ideal for hiking, cycling routes, and enjoying unique landscapes between mountains and sea.
• Wineries and wine routes of the Penedès, where you can taste wines and cavas (sparkling wines typical of the region) from the area.
• Barcelona, easily accessible for visiting iconic places such as the Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas, or the Gothic Quarter.

To enjoy the local gastronomy, we recommend the Can Lloses restaurant, located very close to the villa, where you can taste traditional Catalan cuisine in a rustic and cozy setting.

- Arrival and departure: leave the property in good condition; report any damages and contact the host in case of any issues.
- Tourist taxes are paid separately at €1.78/night per person.
