The large living-dining room with fireplace and sofas is perfect for family gatherings, celebrations, or relaxed evenings together. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing anything from special dinners to shared breakfasts.



Outside, you’ll find a true oasis: a porch, barbecue, a large stone table with bench, a spacious garden, and the highlight—a saltwater stone pool surrounded by sun loungers, olive trees, and magnolias.



“Somni Compartit” is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking an authentic and charming getaway. The owners live on the ground floor, which is independent from the rest of the house and has no access to guest areas, so you’ll enjoy complete privacy.

• Quiet hours: From 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., please remain indoors to respect neighbors’ rest.

• Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside. You may smoke in the garden, where ashtrays are provided.

• Common areas: Take care of furniture and surroundings. Do not move furniture without permission. Eating is only allowed in designated areas. Keep doors and windows closed when using heating.

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

• Environment: Use bins and recycle.
