A fifteen-minute stroll will take you to the village and sandy beach of Binibeca, and for a spot of retail therapy, the quaint old fishing town of Binibeca Vell offers charming cobbled streets inlaid with boutiques, shops, and eateries.
Charming in every way, Es Llaut is is built in the traditional Menorcan style and echoes the Balearic historic architecture. The exteriors embody every part of a quaint Spanish casa, with their terracotta roofs, whitewashed stucco walls, and rich wooden shutters. Inside hums a Mediterranean tune, with an elegant and simple colour scheme that comes to life from the authentic décor and antique furnishings. The living room is spacious and elegant decorated in cool white and beiges, with a comfy sofa set to sink into after a busy day of sightseeing. You’ll fall in love with the kitchen if you’re a fan of the retro period style, with old-fashioned wooden cabinets and a quaint mosaic-tiled backsplash. The three bedrooms are spread across the villa, with two twins and one double that can comfortably sleep up to six adults.
*Please note, the ground floor property requires step access from the property entrance. The living room and kitchen are also on a split level with four steps. Please note this property contains External horizontal railings (ladder effect) with wide gaps. Please ensure children do not climb and remain supervised at all times.
