Located in the picturesque coastal village of Binibequer Vell, this beautiful holiday home is perfect for 6 guests. The property, situated in a quiet area of the island, offers a barbecue, private pool, and garden.
In the outdoors, you can take a dip in the refreshing chlorine pool, which measures 7 meters long and 3 meters wide, with a depth of 1.7 meters. The garden offers a private space to relax, and there are two porches: one in front of the house, with a table and stone benches, and another near the pool, with a table to enjoy a coffee outdoors or a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and has direct neighbours.
Inside, the lounge is equipped with a television for guests' entertainment. The dining room, open to the ceramic hob kitchen, offers a cosy atmosphere to enjoy family meals. The laundry room, located in the bathroom, is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board for convenience. The house has three bedrooms on the ground floor, all equipped with fans and wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have single beds, while the third has a double bed and a cot available. There are two bathrooms with shower on this floor, one of them en suite. Upstairs, a cosy little sitting area is perfect for unwinding with a good read.
With its distinctive architecture and winding streets, Binibequer Vell exudes unmatched charm.
