Sant Llorenç is nicknamed the Cardassar - by the thistles - because of the landscape dotted with thistle bushes. However, there is no sign of this when you sit on the shady veranda of "Son Vives" and let your gaze wander over the well-tended garden and the rippling pond to the hilltops in the distance. Everywhere - whether by the house or by the terraced pool with its sun loungers - shady spots have been thought of, little oases with sunshades when it's shimmering with heat outside. It is also ideal that the swimming area with outdoor shower, outdoor bath and barbecue is a little off the beaten track, so that activity and the need for peace and quiet do not get in each other's way. There is also a small fridge in the outdoor pool and you can relax in the sauna (including splash water and Kneipp hose).

And for those who want to retreat completely, we recommend the cosy spot between the trees in front of the house, ideal for doing a little work or letting the clouds of smoke rise up to the sky in peace. The fully fenced area also has a 70 metre long stream and a fountain, which is beautifully illuminated at night.



Inside the finca, the German cosiness cannot be denied either. Lots of light shines through the windows and the high arched doors into the living area. You can stretch out on the large, comfortable leather sofa and relax by the crackling fire or watch the TV series you wouldn't want to miss on holiday. The pictures on the walls, as well as the decoration in general, bear witness to the personal taste of the owners; the house has been extensively renovated without losing its private touch. The well-equipped open-plan kitchen with its sparkling blue tiles and worktops gets an extra star: fresh fish is guaranteed to be on the table more often in such inspiring surroundings. From the long corridor, the doors lead to the bedrooms and bathrooms: Bright, friendly and functional in one, ultra-modern and equipped with every comfort in the other. And inside all of them: equipped with infrared heating so that it is cosy and warm when showering even in the cooler seasons (otherwise the underfloor heating in the house is operated by an air heat pump and ensures perfect temperatures all year round in addition to the air conditioning and fireplace). The en suite bathroom even has access to the terrace: throw on your bathrobe after showering and breathe in the morning freshness. "Son Vives" - people know how to live here!
