Welcome to the stylish finca LA REAL, your peaceful retreat near Sant Llorenç des Cardassar on Mallorca’s east coast. Here, you will enjoy total privacy and stunning views of the landscape—on clear days, even the sea is visible.



The highlight is the large, well-kept garden with a spacious 14 x 6 m pool (depth 1.20–1.90 m). Wooden loungers invite you to relax by the pool, whether in the sun or under a parasol. The covered terrace, furnished with sofas and a dining table overlooking the pool, is ideal for socializing. Sports lovers will appreciate the on-site beach volleyball court.



Inside, the finca offers about 220 m² over two floors, combining cozy charm with light-filled spaces, French windows, and beamed ceilings. Unwind in the comfortable living room with satellite TV, or gather at the dining table next to the fully equipped kitchen. Three bright bedrooms promise restful nights: one double bedroom downstairs, and two upstairs, each with a double bed and access to a terrace with fantastic views. There are three bathrooms: one with a shower on the ground floor, and two ensuite upstairs (one with a shower, one with a shower tray).



Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is just 5 minutes away by car, and the beautiful beaches of Cala Millor or Sa Coma are about 15 minutes’ drive.



Heating is available for an extra fee during winter. Pets allowed on request.
