Amazing home in Sant Llorenc

This beautiful semi-detached house is situated on an idyllic plot in the east of Mallorca. A romantic stone terrace welcomes you in front of the entrance; citrus trees spread their scent in the garden opposite. The spacious pool area is just a few steps away from the house and is surrounded by a natural stone wall. Here you can soak up the sun and relax for hours in the fresh air. Right next to the large, shallow pool, you can enjoy your meals in the shade of a cosy, wind-protected terrace with fantastic views. Prepare your evening meal in the brick-built barbecue in the adjoining outdoor kitchen. There is a table tennis table next to the house for the little ones.



The living area with spacious and tastefully furnished rooms is spread over two floors. The entrance area leads directly into a large dining room. From here, a few steps lead down to a bright and cosy living room. The kitchen is spacious and flooded with light thanks to the large windows. There are also three bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has its own bathroom. A staircase in the entrance area leads to the upper floor with three further spacious bedrooms. There is also a large sun terrace with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The holiday home Can Setri enjoys a quiet location in the middle of the gently rolling hills between Manacor (8 km) and Artà (17 km) in the east of Mallorca. Smaller purchases can be made in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, 6 minutes away by car. The beautiful sandy beaches of Sa Coma, Porto Cristo and Cala Millor are less than 20 minutes away by car.
