Villa Bacio is a 400m2 luxurious villa, in the area between San Augustin and San Antonio, in a plot of 2,500m2 with a small view of the sea in Bay of San Antonio.

There is a nice garden with grass, trees and Mediterranean plants a pool 12.5x5mt, with the possibility to be heated (an extra cost could be applied, it depend of the season) , a deck with sunbeds, covered terraces with sofa and chill area to relax admiring the sunset. Two barbecues with outdoor dining area, the property is completed fenced to guarantee the right privacy.

Villa Bacio is divided between the main house and a dependence.
A spacious living room with glass sliding doors, with TV, DVD, and the fireplace is connected with the fully equipped modern kitchen in an open space connected directly with the outside.
In the main complex there are 3 bedrooms all with en suite bathroom and king size bed, one is connected with the living room by sliding doors; the other two, via an outside corridor along the villa.
There is also, a bedroom with a private entrance on the lower floor, a terrace and the sea view.
The last bedroom is located in the dependence, with a fully equipped kitchen and a private outdoor dining space.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
Children welcome
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval

Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
