Villa Zenith is a fantastic property located in Es Cubells area overlooking the the islets of Espalmador and Formentera.

This lovely property has been recently renovated and with its 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a wonderful private pool is able to accommodate up to 12 people comfortably.

The outdoor is just terrific, the pool is all equipped with sun beds, sitting and dining areas all around it. Easy access to the outdoor and pool area from the airy and bright living room.
The ambience is soft and welcoming, all set to the highest standards of comfort and intimacy.

The villa is spread over different levels as follows:
First floor with interior access:
1 double bedroom with twin beds (made in construction so not possible to join).
1 double bedroom with access to a terrace.

Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights in July and August. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00. Late check-in (after 20:00): € 100 (subject to arrangement). A security deposit of 3000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages. Included in price: Electricity, gas, water, garden maintenance and swimming pool. One cleaning and change of bedlinen and towels every week.
Extras with charges: extra bed € 20 per day under request and previous acceptation, cot € 10 per day, highchair € 5,00 per booking, reservations fee € 30 per booking.
Final cleaning: € 400
