Villa Tomsk a luxury property located in the highest side of Cala Vadella area in the middle of a pine forest.
The west coast beaches are in a radius of 10 km, while the village of San José is 5-minute drive and Ibiza town is 20 km away.
The villa has 4 double bedrooms, plus an independent apartment, 5 bathrooms and it can host up to 10 people.

In detail on the main floor we find a large lounge/dining area with bar, plasma Sat TV, DVD player, audio system and iPod dock. From here you have direct access to the pool terrace and the Japanese style garden.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with high-tech appliances (induction hobs, 2 electric ovens, American fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker...)

Near the living room there is 1 bedroom with king size bed, Hi Fi, dressing room and en suite bathroom with separate shower.

Through an outdoor corridor you will reach 1 double bedroom with king size bed and complete en suite bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with king size bed, audio system and complete en suite bathroom with shower.

On the lower level (with independent entrance) there is 1 double bedroom with king size bed, audio system, complete en suite bathroom with shower and private terrace with gorgeous sea views.

Finally, there is the independent apartment that has a well equipped kitchen (with hobs, oven, fridge-freezer...) a private external dining area and 1 double bedroom with king size bed and complete en suite bathroom.

Outside the villa boasts a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the surrounding pine forest, the private pool (10mx5m) with automatic LED colorful lighting, a Jacuzzi (2mx1,5m), an outdoor shower, a covered terrace with outdoor dining area for 8 people, BBQ, swings and children's games, non-covered parking for 4 cars and an open-air gym.

Neighbourhood and surroundings
Ibiza is renowned throughout the world for nightlife and parties and is the ideal place for those who love fun and wild nightlife, but the island is also a little gem to be discovered, a magical place to spend the holidays with family or friends surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.

Rental rules:
Cleaning services not included in the rental price.
Extras with charges: Extra cleaning, extra bed € 20 per day, cot € 10 per day, highchair € 5,00 per day, reservations fee € 30.
Final cleaning: € 600 to pay upon arrival
Minimum stay: 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.

Late check-in from 8pm to midnight = 120 EUR; 00:00–09:00 = 180 EUR
Security Deposit: € 2.000 it must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card).
