The villa has a private plot of 20,000 m2, 800 m2 of which have 6 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It offers a large garden with outdoor pool, sea views and a terrace with barbecue and two long dining tables for 12 people (one outside and one inside). The villa has a large living area with sofas, fireplace, 40-inch smart TV and home cinema with surround sound in the living room and a fireplace in the dining room. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, juicer, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.



The accommodation also houses a games room where you can entertain guests with billiards, darts and arcade games with classic video games to let yourself be seduced by nostalgia. Free Wi-Fi connection with repeaters in all rooms. There is also a cot and a high chair.
