Enjoy your well-deserved vacation there with your family or friends, quiet, in peace and away from mass tourism and without neighbors. The authentic natural stone estate offers a large outdoor area with several terraces, one of them next to the pool and another in front of the house.From the 8 x 4 m swimming pool you have a wonderful view over the slightly hilly surrounding landscape. There is also a large covered terrace next to the pool with barbecue and outdoor kitchen. The house has a bedroom and another bedroom in an open gallery. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The property is equipped with all types of towels, for the kitchen, the bathroom and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. The perfect location in the center of the island makes day trips possible in all directions without much travel time and is also comfortable and easy thanks to the good infrastructure.
Primary tenant must be at least 23 years old.
The reserved holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely prohibited to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
