The apartment of 87m2 is in a quiet place close to all services and 5 minutes by car from the beach of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, 33km from Girona Airport and 8km from Platja d'Aro. It is located on the second floor and has a private terrace with outdoor furniture and a shared pool with a large garden area. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. There are two full bathrooms, kitchen equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, AC, winter heating, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included, and private parking space in the garage for one car. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and a deposit of 200€ in groups under 25 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
