It is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fans (in the other rooms), a fireplace, a TV, a baby cot and a high chair. The absolute highlight is the fantastic outdoor area, which leaves nothing to be desired. Here you will find hammocks for complete relaxation, a covered and an uncovered terrace for delicious meals in the fresh air, as well as an infinity pool with a view of the sea. Here the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten! There is also a whirlpool. For events and weddings there is a spacious, lovingly planted garden with sea view. The owner offers general services for special events including an outstanding cook, selected wine company, different sorts of champagne and the organization of the decoration. A wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in the centre of Sant Antoni de Portmany, 17 minutes away by car. The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Salada is 2 km or a 7 minute drive away and here you will find turquoise, clear water and a fine sandy beach.



Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed (upon request). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. A rental car will be needed to reach the property.
